The Studio Penwartha Cottages.

This extremely cute and romantic cottage is perfect for couples. It has a studio style open plan living area in the old barn section of the property which includes a modern kitchen with full size oven, fridge and microwave. Also in this area is a comfortable double bed. There is plenty of cupboard space for all your holiday belongings too. The cottage also has a modern spacious shower room.

Possibly the loveliest part of the Studio is the conservatory which overlooks the very pretty and sheltered garden. Breakfast can be taken on the private deck whilst listening to the restful bubbling stream at the other side of the lane.

Please note that the garden is shared with Bill’s Barn.

Included in the rental price are electricity, bed linen, towels and a tea towels.

This Cornish Holiday cottage is located at Bolingey, 1 mile from the fabulous beach at Perranporth on the North Cornwall coast and is right next door to our other Holiday cottage Bill’s Barn.
